The education module is an extended functionality over the automated familiarization processes in the documentation module.
The basic functional learning module offers the creation of learning activities with the definition of different validity and conditions for completion. The module serves as a support for the work of users based on predefined roles (trainer, employee). No registration is required for participants of learning activities, the invitation to a learning activity can be defined as a group or selection of a specific participant. Their notification is required to a minimum extent.
The module offers the possibility of highlighting the necessity of completing the training and the approaching date of the activity.
After the training is completed, it is possible to create an overview of the training completed, also the training that still needs to be completed. At the same time, the trainer has an overview of the training activities, the success rate of the participants and an evaluation of the ongoing status of the training fulfillment. It is possible to register documents, create control tests to verify the knowledge of the employees of the organization, the structure of test questions is without limitations and in a minimal scope. Tests can be automatically evaluated after completion of the training activity and the training results can be exported to a spreadsheet output.
If required, training can be planned down to the detail of a specific training room or training equipment reservation.
